Warranty Statement

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Sanford Enterprises warrants to the original residential end user purchaser in the United States that their new The Crew Furniture product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. 

This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper use, alteration, accident, or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Misuse, abuse, or negligence will void this warranty. Additionally, normal wear and tear, such as scratching or other damage resulting from normal usage, or damage incurred during shipping, is not covered. This warranty does not cover products from unauthorized sellers or used products. This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use, and such use will void this warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any liability for institutional or commercial use. This warranty is non-transferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

During the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product at no cost to the purchaser. However, shipping charges and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Labor charges and related expenses for the replacement of the product are not covered. The manufacturer reserves the right to make substitutions to warranty claims if parts are unavailable or obsolete. The manufacturer shall not be liable for loss of use of the product, or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the consumer. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of this product. 

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Under no circumstances shall Sanford Enterprises be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty.

All warranty claims must be made through the retailer where the product was originally purchased. A purchase receipt or other proof of the date of purchase will be required to process all warranty claims. The model number found on the product label will be required when submitting any parts requests or warranty claims.
